Alternate Nostril Breathing (ANB) to prevent sealing of frontal lobe

I will just say first that praising Jesus is the best way to avoid the mark.

Don’t be scared of this post. Fear and excitement are very similar therefore you can switch it in your mind easily to be excited instead when you are afraid.

Alternate Nostril Breathing (ANB) can be used as a form of relaxation also. Just incase it is not the end of the world lol.

Fear and excitement are similar emotions thus you can switch your fear to excitement at any time e.g. in awe, witness the miracles of God like lightning strike people who carry out evil deeds. Sounds fair.

The last book of the 66 books in the bible is Revelation.

This book uses symbolic language to explain end times and how God will rescue His children and bring them into heaven.

This is the last battle that will occur ever. CS Lewis in the Chronicles of Narnia made this the last of the Chronicles and called this book “The last battle”. This book is written for children so that they can understand appropriately. The metaphors made explain the Gospel e.g. Aslan the lion being Jesus.

In this battle the devil will try and stop you getting to heaven. Revelation speaks of people being given the mark of the beast AKA the mark of the devil. That is sealed with the mark for destruction.

Revelation 13:16 (ESV)

‘Also it causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, to be marked on the right hand or the forehead, ‘

Why? Your frontal lobe is where your imagination is. The mark is on your frontal lobe and consists of your imagination being sealed up completely.

Alternate Nostril Breathing frees up your frontal lobe:

  1. You put your two fingers nearest your thumb between your eyebrows and on your forehead.
  2. Put your thumb on one nostril to seal it.
  3. Breath out of the open nostril and then in for the count of eight each way.
  4. Hold both nostrils for four second.
  5. Hold other nostril with little finger and breath out of the open nostril and then in for the count of eight each way.
  6. Ten repetions or as many needed to stop the mark. You will be able to tell.

NB. Look at the rude hand gesture that it makes, that points away from your imagination location. Just a clue. What is the actual meaning of that hand gesture. πŸ™‚

Christians you say that you are safe from the mark. That is true, but what if with a bit of faith and understanding, ANB is one of the things that you can use can to be safe.

Praising Jesus is the main thing to do and the difference this makes is tangible. Think thoughts of praise in your mind if you are in a dangerous situation. A good pastor once told me that if you can praise God in a difficult situation then it shows you are a strong Christian.

Reading a story book helps too. Gets the imagination going again.

Christians have been known to sing praise aloud before being fed to lions so it is your call about praising Jesus in your mind. Makes for a tastier Christian.

NB. I would never add or take from the words of the bible. I offer this advice through my experience of being persecuted by the system.

Look at the music artist Byork’s album covers and read about how the system (media in this case) gave her red mist i.e. you see red mist when you are angry and then you go for people. The system tried to stop her beautiful and imaginative music by enraging her.

A sacred place that I want to protect is a blog post that discusses the imagination also:
