We should always remember history to let us live prudently for today.
I had a conversation with someone who believed that any belief you hold should be tolerated, even Fascism. To me it is obvious that if we tolerated Fascism in the two world wars then that person would not have the choice to believe anything but Fascism. No choice of religion or freedom at all.
We need to remember the lessons of history. This is very important.
I believe that if Hitler had of won, then the devil would have come down to earth. The devil is not your friend:
John 10:10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.
The thief is the devil and he will steal all of your joy, infact he is responsible for all of the pain that you and your loved ones have ever felt. Jesus came to give you life and life to the full.
The biggest lie the devil has ever convinced us of, is that he does not exist. This is similar to why we forget the vital lessons of history. He is a deceiver. Do you not think that the Father of lies would lie to you.
The pandemic is unusual, we have fires and locusts. I am not saying that it is the end, but I will say that even if it looks a bit like it, then we should give it the benefit of the doubt and do what the bible says we should do in end times as it is the bible that we understand end times from.
Hitler got into power when people were desperate for hope. He fooled them and his evil led to mass suffering. Let us not get into a situation where we are again desperate. Lets be prudent.
Proverbs 27:12 The prudent sees danger and hides himself, but the simple go on and suffer for it.
Check out this blog for how we can be prudent i.e. turning back to Jesus and then remaining in the truth:
John14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
We should always pray that world war 3 does not happen for the book of Revelation in the bible. This is just in case that war is not the right interpretation of it. The bible is flawless and we do not add or take away from it at all. What I mean is that we should definetly give praying about this the benefit of the doubt. Imagine if the prayers of the saints stopped it or if we did not pray, it happened. This book could be imagery for a Christian’s personal revelation of God instead.
Remember to pray in this order for JOY; Jesus, Other, You. Then you get JOY.
Jesus loves everyone and He even has mercy on the wicked. He has to stop the wicked too though, so that people are safe. He loves everyone. That is why war makes Him cry as we would cry a lot in a war. Lets keep our heads and keep our hearts in this time and make sure that we stay out of trouble by remembering the lessons of history.
John 8:44 says that Satan is the Father of lies. Read it and see. There is a lot of confusion about in the world at this time. This is because of Satan, the devil who is the author of confusion. On the other hand, Jesus is the author of peace and love:
2 Timothy 1:7 For Jesus has not given us a spirit of fear (confusion), but of power, love and a sound mind.
It is as simple as two words sometimes. These two words are “how” and “why”. This principle has been shown on other places on this blog e.g. evolution being vast periods of time of the world’s growth, “how”, and the days of creation in the book of Genesis as the “why” for each of these periods. Spiritual being at the top of the hierarchy for “why”, flowing down into a scientifically explained manifestation as the “how”.
So this confusion in the world. I do not know if we are in the last days, and we should try our very best to stop things going pear shaped in the world please. I have explained the Genesis “how” and “why”. Possibly our current times are the book of Revelation “why” and confusion manifested as “how”. The Revelation timing is just a theory though and we should be sensible and try our best to stop all of this suffering. Would not our best bet be trust in the Word, the bible where these things are foretold.
Again, I do not know if it is the end, but whatever we do, we must try our best to stop these bad things happening. In Jesus’ strength we can do this and not in our own strength.
2 Timothy 1:7 and John 8:44 are the chalk and cheese verses that we would do well to hold onto atm.
