Grumpy wumps

I do not want to blow my trumpet, but instead defend my freedom and give understanding.

I am a victim of sexual abuse and I ran the half-marathon for survivors.org after getting off the streets. Now I work independantly to help other homeless. I ran to the forest a long time ago to escape the abuse. There, God gave me wisdom and understanding.

I will be honest. The system does not like God’s wisdom and would rather treat you as a number instead of teach you to love your neighbour. I am being haressed for this very reason.

If I am locked up soon then this post incriminates them.

I would dearly love to believe that there exists some good people in government. Boris, could you show me please?

I am completely willing to have a civilized coffee and a chat. Maybe we could sort this mess out.

Yes, chocolate sprinkles please 🙂

Your authority in Christ – see miracles

Did you know Christian Brother or Sister that when minions are persecuting you, be it verbal abuse, being drugged against your will or anything else, you can actually use your authority in Christ (providing you have faith) to make them or it stop instantly.

This is why:

“Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you. Nevertheless, do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.”
Luke 10:19‭-‬20 ESV

This is how:

Think, believe and mean “in Jesus name I command you stop, in Jesus name!”. Now tap your foot or do something else appropriate to help confirm the belief (e.g. click fingers). Now think “thankyou Jesus they (or it) has stopped, amen”. Believe the Luke verse and wait for it to happen.

N.B; highest faith is praise but you cannot always do that even if you think of praise songs. Think these words “Jesus you are good” and mean it. A more rooted and constant faith comes from knowing the Word. I have said it before and will say it again:

“So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.”
Romans 10:17 ESV

N.B; Click or tap foot but be wise and inventive e.g. clicking your finger in a muscly minions face will give you a nobbly nose if you do not have sufficient faith.

Pray to Jesus that He would help you to use your authority. Persevere and you will get it. He did not say Luke 10:19-20 as if it was not a present for you.

You will see some pretty cool things if you learn this.

Selah, it’s the belief that counts when you do it therefore it can be a “calm” command.

Stronghold busters – real chain breakers

Have you got a sin or bad habit that keeps on dragging you down when you succumb to it e.g.

  • Vanity and looking in the mirror too much to then pay in self-consciosness in public?
  • Or have you got a problem with forgiveness and feel bitter?
  • Have you got emotional hurt inside of you after past abuse?

A great remedy is the use of a stronghold buster. I got the idea from Freedom In Christ ministries by Steve Goss – search online, it’s great.

Let me briefly explain. A stronghold buster can break the lies that the enemy has put in our minds. Lies that hold us back e.g. not being able to forgive. Stronghold Busters re-program your mind with the use of the Word of God e.g. for unforgiveness you might use the points that we are released spiritually when we forgive, and include scripture on forgiveness to say that this is the case.

This is not brainwashing as you are not being fed only rice and you are not paying me £39.99 an hour in a 10 year contract. Anyway, the brainwashers are the kind of minions who put the strongholds there in the first place.

Example:

In Jesus name I affirm that I will forgive my enemies as then I will be spiritually released as it is written that I will not be forgiven unless I forgive, Jesus name!

Thankyou Jesus that I can now walk in your freedom and thankyou for forgiving my sin.

Amen

That is a simple example that you can adjust, but remember to use the Word of God inside of the text as Jesus said:

Hebrews 4:12 “the Word of God is living and active, sharper than any two edged sword, dissecting soul and spirit, joints and marrow and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart”.

N.B; the sword is spiritual and not a tangible sword.

When you say “In Jesus name!” believing it will happen and then thanking God, you are using your authority in Christ (Luke 10:19-20).

That verse says that this works, and I have said it before and I will say it again;

Jesus agrees with this verse and Jesus Himself is the Word which is the bible. You say then “but that authority thing does not work”. Then pray to grow in faith and God might tell you to learn His Word more. In time I am certain you will be able to use your authority if you grow in true faith in Christ:

Romans 10:17 “Faith comes through hearing and hearing through the Word of God. ”

Disclaimer; Jesus controls the heavenlies so you cannot just do a Stronghold Buster to get a Ferrari or a life time supply of chocolate, or a chocolate Ferrari.

Jesus clearly said He won’t and He decides (Ephesians 1:20-21). He will give you things that you need e.g. healing, peace, the assurance you are loved, desire to love others and things like sorting out the bullet points I made at the start.

Selah 🙂

List of pickups for when your in a pickle

This is just my list that works for me when I am down. Print out your own list and refer to it when you are down.

I usually get to 12 and I feel fine again:

1. Just say “Father you are good” and try and mean it – even this is praise which is the highest form of faith.

2. Forgive your enemies from your heart and confess your sins – if there is sin from either party then this may stop the downer.

3. Put your Ephesians 6 armor properly whilst relaxing your body.

4. 2 – 10 minutes bible. An easy to manage time and picking it up for 30 seconds starts a 10 minute read.

5. Speak in tongues.

6. Use your authority in Christ to get rid of the demons.

7. Ask for prayer from someone.

8. Speak to another Christian.

9. Do some exercise like a 10 minute run.

10. Look at some nice photographs or nice objects that you have specially collected in a shoe box.

11. Just laugh at something. A memory or a non-detailed list (even better) of funny stuff you have seen.

12. Do a silly little dance – make sure you do not get seen though lol. ☺️

13. Make a cuppa with three sugars.

14. Think of greater positive thoughts every time you get a negative thought.

15. Calm words like Selah and relax your body.

16. Run away in your imagination like a child but make sure Jesus would approve of what you think and do not do it too long as you will get down again as the brain will need to calm down after.

Bless ya! 🍪🍰🎂🍬🍫
Might be a hint just above 😋

Praise is the highest level of faith

Do you remember guys how in the old testament the Israelites won mighty battles when they were vastly out numbered. They did it while singing praise to God.

Praise is the highest level of faith as it takes place in the third heaven where the Seraphim and Cherubim are right next to God praising Him.

We should never use a sword to win our battles (the pen is mightier than the sword anyway), but why shouldn’t we be like those Israelites and think (don’t go singing in the office as it is a bad witness) of songs in our minds as we go through our challenges in the day:

• Hillsong Oceans when you need big faith to love someone who hates you or to give you faith to use your Luke 10:19-20 authority. Makes you do something amazing as it is a profound sounding song.

• The battle belongs to the Lord when you are in a cycling race event. Your strength is God you know therefore you can go very fast. A bit like the Israelite battles.

• How great thou art or The Maker by Chris August when you walk through the forest. You get peace out of this busy world as you enjoy creation more through seeing clearer how much of a good designer He is.

• If you are struggling to praise then just say “Father you are good” and mean it in your heart. This is a big faith power pellet you have just swallowed.

• Think of your own ones guys and feel the boostings.

Praise Jesus 😃

Do not get too relaxed

If you are a Christian and you are feeling great and having good times (most usually after serving God this occurs), then keep your happy times rolling by not getting too relaxed as that is when the enemy catches you out and steals all your joy.

Luke 4:13 And the devil had finished tempting Jesus, left Jesus and then waited for an opportune time.

For example (ficticious scenarios):

  • You just preached and you know it was good as you know that your heart did it for Jesus when you did it. You are not married and when you get back home you are happy and decide too ask your girlfriend round for a coffee and chat. You feel great but you get too relaxed and the enemy tempts you with sin. You and your girlfriend snog before marraige and this short mad fun sin robs all your joy for a long time to come.
Stay on your toes, you should have went to a cafe.
Note: I have a girlfriend but this did not happen to us and we also have wise backup plans in place for any frustrations.
  • You have quit smoking for a year and an old friend from your last job turns up and you have a lovely chat about old times. You feel relaxed and happy in his company so you take the fag he offers you and you are hooked again.
You got too relaxed and stung by temptation. Also should have packed your E-cigarette to have as an alternative instead.
  • Think ahead about when this might happen to you. Think of an example yourself, be prudent and keep your joy rolling.

Shalom ☺

Maslows hierarchy of needs

Maslows hierarchy of needs has been developed by a Jewish man named Abraham Maslow. It is excellent for checking up on yourself or your loved ones to see if they are missing anything vital.

Obviously Jesus Christ is our hope and protector but the Lord loves it when we are wise and look after ourselves too as I am a strong believer in the saying that God helps those who help themselves.

So, it is a triangle diagram with different sections that range from your physiological needs like breathing and excretion, to your safety needs such as morality and resources.
The bottom section is your most basic needs which you need to get right first. Then work your way up the triangle meeting more fussy needs until you reach your full potential.

It would be super if you could print out an easy to read copy from an images search on your internet search engine (use ecosia.org and you will be planting trees at the same time).
Put the diagram on your wall and:

• If you feel tired then look at your psysiological needs (bottom section). You may find that you are lacking water or sleep and that more water or a short sleep picks you up again.

• Check your safety needs to see if you have enough resources by checking you have some fresh fruit in your kitchen.

• Every now and then check through this triangle and you will find that if you meet your needs then you will feel a lot more joyful.

Bless you ☺

Start your day with the Word of God

The bible is the Word and the Word is Jesus, so cuddle up with Him at the start of the day so that you realise the truth that He is right beside you all day.

Get an iced latte drink carton from your local shop the day before. They are only about £2 and they are delicious.

Have that ready with your favourite bible version on your bedside table for when you wake up so that reading the Word and having a coffee in bed is the first thing that you do that day. As soon as the alarm goes off and you wake.

Maybe use the ESV (English Standard Version) or the MSG (Message Version)which is easy to understand – good versions. Read a Psalm and a couple of Proverbs. Maybe Psalm 121 to know that God will look after your coming and going from your house today. Try and understand the hidden wisdom in just two Proverbs. Read the Psalm to get faith to receive the wisdom of the Proverbs.

This will set you up for a good day.

Top of the morning to you! ☺

Stop sinning and get JOY instead

The problem

Your JOY in Christ is loving Jesus, Others and You. If you sin then this is how your joy will get messed up:

  • Jesus: It really hurts God. It makes Him so down and sad as He loves you and does not want anyone to get hurt.
  • Others: It hurts others e.g. adultery splits up marriage and leaves kids with no parents.
  • You: It messes you up and you might have fun for a short time but you will be left in ruins for days, months or even years if it is a bad sin. The Christian soul and sin are not compatible.

The good news

We can stop it, there is an easy way to stop sinning and get joy:

I have underlined and made bold the words “wisdom” and “he will also provide the way of escape” as this is the answer:

  • Wisdom – knowing how to avoid it, resist it when it does come and stop others from sinning.
  • 1 Corinthians 10:13 ESV “No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.”

So what does that mean?

Let me explain with a story of a dream that I had. I dreamt that I was at a beach one day with my family and just before I went in the sea for a swim, my Mum said be careful and do not swim too far out. I sinned by not respecting the loving advice of my Mum and I swam out too far and I found that quite strong tidal currents started to pull me out to sea. So I tried to swim back as fast as I could but made no progress. I then prayed to God for wisdom as to what to do. He said stand up and so that is what I did. I found that the water came up to my waist and I was able to walk back to shore!

Wisdom is the way out of sin.

So how can we apply this to our daily lives? Be clever and be wise, think of ideas to get out of it so that you keep your JOY.

If you are being seduced by an adulterous person then pretend your phone vibrated in your pocket and say “my friend Jesus (don’t say the word Jesus) is in trouble I have to go”.

Avoid the adulterous person in the first place by choosing your friends wisely.

Teach this to your Brother’s and Sister’s in Christ too please.

Pray to God for wisdom to escape and pray in faith.

James 1:8 ESV “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him. 6 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind. 7 For that person must not suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; 8 he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.”

When it says that a double minded person who is unstable will not get wisdom, remember that God is love and He loves us and these words DO NOT mean He is angry with you, instead it would mean in that situation that He feels sorry for you.

If you lack faith then think of the Oceans song by Hillsong – this always gets my faith going.

Think of a different Christian song if you want but remember that you need faith to receive wisdom.

Another good method follows below:

  • To resist temptation in the moment you should distract yourself with an alternative that is appealing e.g. if it is comfort eating chocolate then phone a friend or if you are tempted to text your ex then also phone a friend instead or do your favorite hobby.
  • List the consequences to your life and how you will feel tomorrow if you give to temptation and have them in your memory for the moment you are tempted e.g. cheating on your partner will hurt someone you love.
  • Label your temptation so that you can face it e.g. “I want to binge eat but I know I will feel bloated and horrible, so instead I will have a cup of tea which fills me up until dinner”.
  • Remember that it hurts JOY; Jesus, Others and You.
  • Have a good routine and have a good sleep pattern so that you are stronger to resist.
  • Also make sure that you have enough play and quality time so that you are relaxed. This will make you stronger.
  • Pray to Jesus for help to resist.
  • See what tempts you, and do not go near it e.g. do not go near to a Thorntons chocolate shop if you have a chocolate problem.
  • Choose wise friends that can support you to resist and who you can be accountable to.

Shalom 😊

Little Things Pickup (LTP) – when you are at the end of yourself

Little Things Pickup (LTP) – when you are at the end of yourself.

Are you sitting at home miserable, fed up with the pain and just staring at a wall, lost in your thoughts?

Learn to say “LTP” when you are in this situation so that you remember to do few Little action type Things to Pick you up. Like these actions:

  • put your slippers on.
  • eat some chocolate.
  • make a coffee.
  • read only one verse from the bible that gives you hope.
  • anything else that is an action that is a small thing.

Doing this breaks the negative cycle and using a technique like this gives me manna in itself as feels like you are a spiritual soldier that just got back up. These physical actions break the negative thought process.

You will be surprised that quite often after LTP, you will be back on track very soon e.g. you may say Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things in Christ who gives me strength” and then go for a run and/or go and bless somebody in a big way.

This can give you back your day so I pray this post helps people.

Try this too – an Ephesians 3:20 prayer:

“Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us,”
Ephesians 3:20 ESV

Think this in your mind:

“Jesus is inside me and He can raise the dead. He can do the impossible far beyond what I can imagine with even the weakest most feeble prayer as it is not me that makes it happen, actually it is never me.”

Say a prayer with this Ephesians 3:20 understanding in your mind as you do it. You may be amazed.
